Аннотация

В статье осуществлён анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта интерпретации понятия «педагогическое мастерство». Выявлено отсутствие единого понимания указанной дефиниции и многообразие взглядов на ее трактование. На основе декомпозиции определений сущности феномена «мастерство педагога» в научно-педагогической литературе предложено собственное понимание указаного концепта.
