The article describes the concept of introducing into the physical education system of a higher education institution adapted healing methods from the arsenal of oriental martial arts, which is based on a gentle influence on human physiological systems. It is shown that the combination of the basic components of the classical scheme of building a system of academic classes in physical education with empirically obtained and tested by modern scientific methods of Ukrainian national types of martial arts makes it possible to significantly increase the effectiveness of physical culture and sports activities of students of higher education of different levels of preparation and to consider new ways of improving the educational process in institutions of higher education of various profiles. The special value of sports and martial arts, in war conditions, for mastering self-defense techniques and regulation of mental functions of student youth is substantiated. The effectiveness of information modeling for optimizing the educational process is shown.

This article examines the biomechanical analysis of special grips - Twisted Grip and Cup Grid, which are used to perform the Handspring element in pole sports. A detailed biomechanical video analysis of the movements of the upper limbs, taking into account the anatomical and morphological features of the structure of the shoulder girdle, is carried out using computer software. The study contributes to the technical improvement of the performance of the elements and the reduction of the risk of injury in pole sports.

Objective: To develop a mobile application for tablet computers to study heart rate variability. Research Methods: Analysis and synthesis of scientific-methodological and specialized literature, computer programming method, methods of mathematical statistics. Conclusions: The «Research HRV» mobile app was developed. Comparison of the results of the study of heart rate variability with the model results showed the significance of the data obtained.

The purpose: to identify the impact of classes with the use of remote on-line technologies during physical education classes on indicators of the functioning of the cardiovascular system and the level of interest of students of 5-6 grades. Research methods: analysis and generalization of literary sources;
systematization and programming of interactive physical education classes;
questionnaires and surveys; instrumental methods; methods of mathematical
statistics. Conclusions: the application of information technologies of distance
learning in physical culture shows a high level of influence on the interest and
motivation of students for classes, improvement of indicators of the functioning of the
cardiovascular system under the influence of physical exertion.
