Abstract

The article is sanctified to research of nature and features of consumer cooperation property.

Conceptual principles of essence of cooperative property and its variety are considered to property of consumer cooperation. The features of forming and functioning of consumer cooperation property are certain with the aim of providing of its management efficiency in the modern terms of manage.
