Background of qualitative transformation of logistic systems

The article presents the determination of logistic and focuses on synergetic component of effectiveness of the logistic systems’ functioning. The research a nature of synergetics was preceded the retrospective analysis of this concept and clarification of systems’ basic behavior laws on the bifurcation points as the beginning of their quality transformations and evolutional alternatives of further development.
