Modern european systems of cadastre and registry rights

The article presents the main trends of development, modernization and standardization of real estate state registration systems and rights for it in Europe. Main indicators of Ukraine in the world state registration ranking and property rights are analyzed. A relevant implementation of automated message system via SMS, email, applicants and owners is proposed.
