Regulatory and legal providing organization of separate issues of educational work with students of higher educational medical establishments

An analysis of some issues of regulatory and legal providing organization of educational work with students are shown on the basis of legal acts operating in Ukraine in recent years. Today, the issue is even more important because of the principle of autonomy of higher educational establishments, which is one of the main conceptual foundations of the new Law of Ukraine "About Higher Education". The aim of the study was to identify major organizational ways of healthy lifestyle of students - an important aspect of educational work with students for its implementation in the educational activities of each university.
Methods. Legislative acts, laws of Ukraine, decrees and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Ministry of Health of Ukraine were studied according to the methodology of jurisprudence on scientific methods.
Results. Taking into consideration a wide range of legal acts of different legal effect, and given the principles of autonomy of higher education as defined by the Law of Ukraine "About Higher Education", the key to successful implementation of the tasks that relate to higher educational establishments for the education of healthy youth is developing the corresponding regulations for organization of educational work by each higher educational establishments, as well as effective interaction of higher educational establishments and public institutions on issues of healthy lifestyle of students and interns.
Conclusions. Implementing regulations for the organization of educational work in of higher educational establishments and implementation of relevant legal acts provide forming positions of healthy way of life for students
