In terms of border-zone and capabilities of direct implementation of foreign economic cooperation with the Member States of the European Union is necessary to intensify the development of priority economic activities in Zakarpattia region. Background and specific characteristics of small business development in the region are considered in the article. It is conducted the multivariate correlation and regression analysis of conditions of regional small business development for the main indicators, including the volume of sales, the gross regional product, the economically active population, capital investment, exports and imports
