The approaches to definition of interregional cooperation and infrastructure of interregional cooperation had been considered in the article. Forms, instruments and fields of interregional cooperation had been defined. It is defined that the most important role at infrastructural supply of interregional cooperation must belong to the state, forming the factors which will promote its development
