Plants Solanum tuberosum L. of Sateen variety treated by synthetic regulators of new generation with the growth of them in different hydrothermal conditions enhance the ability to form tubers, to increase their mass, the accumulation of dry matter and starch. Regulation of the intensity of the tuber formation, the growth of their mass, accumulation of dry matter and starch using biologically active substances has a dependency on the evolving hydrothermal conditions during the growing season of potato and chemical nature of agents
