Standardization of definitions, notions of educational activity and relations between the object and the subject educational services according to the international standards

This article involves basic problems of interpretation invariance of concepts regarding improving the quality of education in institutions of higher education in Ukraine. It gives an example of essential determinations, according to the international standards ISO 9001-10. It shows and describes the correlation between optimization of regulatory policy and international standards in order to improve the strategy of higher education development in Ukraine
