Methodological approaches to performance evaluation of social capital

It is developed a methodical approach that will allow performance evaluation of social capital at the macro-, meso- and micro levels, which consists of evaluation of social capital and evaluation of the impact of social capital on the effectiveness of economic system in which it is reproduced. It is determined the difference in terms of «evaluation of social capital» and «evaluation of the functioning of social capital»
