Current issues of support of complex communication system in public health

Actuality: actuality of the topic of research is caused by the lack of complex communication system in the public health system of Ukraine.
Materials and methods: bibliosemantic, conceptual modeling, structural and logic analysis, system approach.
Results. There is offered the communication system that includes normative legal support, necessary organizing, personnel, material and technical, financial resources, defining of authorities, informational support, modern technologies, effective management, intersectoral approach, monitoring and assessment of activity. Measures that create the communication system must be complex and include all elements of the system.
Conclusions. Achievement of communicative measures is an improvement of managerial section especially the definition of information needs of population, strategic and current planning of communicative activity, elaboration of methods and technology of communication, resource support and requirements for efficiency of communicative influence and also the permanent improvement of process and technologies of communicative activity
