This article covers issues related to the construction of mathematical models of the system of diagnostics of a technical condition of building constructions. – using the fuzzy logic, we can construct a model of intelligent decision making system control of technical condition of building constructions. The recommendations allow determining the operating costs of buildings by taking into account the substantial uncertainties that are specific to the object type
