Problems of formation of the expenditure side of the budget of ukraine in the context of ensuring economic growth

The article analyses dynamics and structure of the expenditure side of the consolidated budget of Ukraine. Relative performance of consolidated and State budget of Ukraine is evaluated. The structure of expenditures of the State budget and its change in recent years is investigated. Directions of improvement of budget policy based on the optimization of the individual components of the budget are proposed
