Comparative polymorphism of sterlet fertilizers (Acipenser Ruthenus) for microsatellite DNA markers

Based on microsatellite DNA markers in three (LG-19, LS-68 and LS-39) it is examined intraspecific genetic structure of sterlet fertilizers. As a result of this work it was found that this group of fish is in a balanced state in terms of the genetic polymorphism. On the basis of certain individual differences in allelic variants have been selected and combined the parental pairs for alternative genotypes. The results of the research allow optimize further work on the reproduction of sturgeon under artificial cultivation
