The features of training in terms of balance of system performance due to certain specific categories of technology transfer competence taking into account complex industrial production as a system are revealed. The possibility of usage of work of future specialists of specific categories in the proposed model of scientific and industrial engineering complexes in the region based on the enterprise sector with its current structure is shown
