Virtual space as a social technology

Virtual space is analyzed in the article as a social technology that determines the vector of transformations of social life in modern society, which has special tools and methods to create conditions for optimization of the system of social relations. Features of potential conversion of the virtual space as a social technology in the information determination civilizational development at the present stage are highlighted
