Actual issues of modern urban environment, which is characterized by a large number of complex three-dimensional objects of real estate that can’t be displayed in two-dimensional registration system, are considered. In order to be able to register such three-dimensional objects in the inventory, it is necessary to consider their planning, design and other features. All specifications directly play an important role in the proper functioning of the urban inventory, as their objectivity and credibility will help make informed management decisions
