Features of the proceedings of forensic and commodity expertises within civil judiciary

The general stages of the single universal procedure of the proceedings of forensic and commodity expertises within civil judiciary have been outlined by the author. The basic principles of conducting forensic and commodity expertise within civil judiciary, the general requirements of expert’s questioning, features of conducting an expertise and expert opinion have been determined; and some matters that ought to be taken into account by the court during its assessment while civil case hearing have been found out
