Financial-economic competence of head of educational institution and its importance in management activity

We present the author's vision of implementation of competence approach to training the leading cadres of education. It is proved the role of the financial and economic competence of head of educational institution at professional management activity, it is substantiated its importance in the management of modern educational institution. The structure of the financial and economic competence of head of educational institution is given. It is emphasized the importance of providing financial education for leaders during the training post-graduate courses
