Innovation and pedagogical directions of legal education development of higher educational institutions

We present the research of innovation and pedagogical directions of legal education development in the context of democratic transformation of Ukrainian society. Main task is a constant adaptation of the content of higher legal education with help of educational and training programs. In modern conditions of legal education development it is necessary a wide use of the possibilities of new information and communication technologies, implementation of innovative concepts and methods
