The article deals with the nature and interrelation of concepts of social dialogue and social partnership. There are compared characteristics and the application of the European models of social dialogue and social partnership at various levels of government. The current problems of development of the national model of social dialogue in Ukraine on the path to European integration are allocated. Reforming directions of national practice of social dialogue are developed
