Abstract

In the article the analysis of domestic legislation on rationing the amount of land for industrial activity is conducted. Foreign experience in determining hidden territorial reserves (excess) area of industrial enterprises is investigated. Recommendations are given for possible future use or additional tax of discovered lands used overtime, taking into account foreign and Ukraine experience
