Енергомодернізація житлових будинків як виклик сучасності

Робота полягає в дослідженні необхідності термомодернізації та підвищенні енергоефективності житлового фонду України. Проаналізовано статистику енергоспоживання будинками різних типів. Описано термомодернізаційні заходи, необхідні для зниження витрат на теплоспоживання. Визначена економічна доцільність реконструювання певних типів житлових будинків із врахуванням їхньої енергоефективності. Впроваджено основні архітектурно-планувальні та конструктивні прийоми підвищення енергофективності на прикладі забудови в центральної частині м. Харкова
