Оценка жизнеспособности миокарда после реваскуляризации у больных с ишемичекой болезнью сердца

В статье подробно рассмотрены отдельные аспекты определения врачебной тактики, касающиеся определения жизнеспособности миокарда перед проведением реваскуляризации у больных ишемической болезнью сердца. Также приведены данные собственных исследований, в которых изучалось влияние перкутанных коронарных вмешательств на локальную и глобальную сократимость миокарда, оцениваемую методом эхокардиографии, у пациентов высокого кардиоваскулярного риска.
