Реформирование собственности и последовательная реструктуризация предприятий сферы жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Украины в кризисный период

В статье рассмотрены оригинальные, разработанные авторами системные основы реструктуризации предприятий сферы жилищно-коммунального хозяйства для оптимизации их внутрисистемных и внешних связей, что в конечном итоге повлечет за собой более качественное выполнение их основной задачи – обеспечение населения всем спектром кондиционных коммунальных услуг. Представлены не только теоретические выкладки, но и с научно-экономической точки зрения даны рекомендации по обеспечению надлежащей работы предприятий данной сферы
