В данной работе установлены различия в тонусе и реактивности вегетативной нервной системы у больных с различной степенью проницаемости альвеоло-капиллярной мембраны под влиянием ИВЛ. Отмечена целесообразность использования оценки вариабельности сердечного ритма, как дополнительного неинвазивного метода диагностики и прогнозирования вентилятор - ассоциированного повреждения легких.
