Триада Карни: сложности диагностики

Триада Карни относится к числу редких заболеваний и проявляется наличием гастроинтестинальной стромальной опухоли, хондромы легкого и экстраадренальной параганглиомы. Дебют заболевания отличается неспецифичностью клинической картины, сложностью своевременной диагностики, что ведет к задержке необходимого лечения, ухудшению прогноза. Представлен клинический случай, вызвавший определенные трудности в диагностике на начальном этапе ведения больной.
