Ефективність нейрометаболічної терапії в профілактиці артеріальної гіпертензії у робітників вібро-шумових професій авіапідприємств

Стаття присвячена проблемі артеріальної гіпертензії (АГ), зокрема профілактиці гіпертензивних кризів (ГК) у робітників віброакустичних професій авіаційних підприємств. Розглядається вплив нейрометаболічної терапії на перебіг і прогноз АГ. Показано, що додавання Вінпоцетину до комплексних схем лікування АГ зменшує частоту ГК та резистентність до антигіпертензивної терапії, сприяє покращенню діастолічної функції серця і зменшенню когнітивного дефіциту.
