Обонятельная луковица как альтернатива в нейротрансплантологии

В статье рассматриваются этические и правовые аспекты трансплантации эмбриональной нервной ткани. Описана структура обонятельной луковицы крысы и рострального миграционного потока. Приводится техническое описание модели повреждения головного мозга и забора трансплантируемых тканей. Проводится обоснование применения ее как возможный альтернативный вариант эмбриональной нервной ткани при травме больших полушарий головного мозга в эксперименте
