Оцінка антистресорного захисту різних способів загальної анестезії при аденотомії у дітей

У статті наведена динаміка показників гемодинаміки та «маркерів стресу». Виявлено, що анестезія пропофолом у поєднанні з фентанілом (2мкг/кг) забезпечує найбільш виражений рівень антистресорного захисту у порівнянні з анестезією севофлюраном у поєднанні з фентанілом (2мкг/кг) та метамізолом натрію (8-10мг/кг), та тіопенталом натрію у поєднанні з фентанілом (2мкг/кг) при аденотомії у дітей
