Изменение аутотолерантности у больных, страдающих церебральным арахноидитом на фоне длительного снижения артериального давления

Работа посвящена особенностям нарушений в системе нейро-иммунно-эндокринного комплекса у больных с воспалительным поражением центральной нервной системы. Обследовано 62 пациента с церебральным арахноидитом и 45 с физиологической артериальной гипотонией. Выполнено клиническо-неврологическое обследование, определение состояния иммунорезистентности. Персистенция инфекции приводит к нарушению защитных функций организма и структурным повреждениям нервной ткани, что может индуцировать аутоиммунные процессы. Создан лечебно-диагностический алгоритм
