Особенности периоперационного периода у больных, перенесших антирефлюксное оперативное вмешательство

Целью представленной роботы было изучение особенностей течения интраоперационного и раннего послеоперационного периодов у пациентов с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью после выполнения антирефлюксного оперативного вмешательства. Изученные показатели, свидетельствуют о меньшей травматичности, менее длительном восстановительном периоде при выполнении лапароскпических операций, что в свою очередь уменьшает риск развития послеоперационных осложнений и снижает необходимость назначения медикаментов
