Патогенетическое значение сосудистого эндотелиального фактора роста при псориазе

Изучено содержание сосудистого эндотелиального фактора роста (VEGF) в крови 35 больных псориазом. Выявлено повышение уровня VEGF в 3,4–7,9 раза в зависимости от стадии, распространенности, степени тяжести, длительности и частоты обострений дерматоза. Установлена прямая корреляционная зависимость между VEGF, индексом распространенности и тяжести псориаза, частотой рецидивов. Обсуждается роль VEGF в патогенезе псориаза
