Стратегія ведення пацієнтів підвищеного серцево-судинного ризику з коморбідністю патологій є досить серйозною задачею, у вирішенні якої кардинальну роль відіграє одночасний вплив на всі ланки патогенезу асоційованих захворювань, численні фактори ризику та регулярна оцінка прихильності до лікування Вибір суспільства по зміцненню здоров’я на підставі проведення заходів інтегрованої первинної та вторинної профілактики значно знижує ризик виникнення, прогресування коморбідних захворювань та сприяє поліпшенню якості життя
