Антрациклины в лечении солидных опухолей у детей

Цель - анализ литературных данных по использованию антрациклинов в лечении солидных опухолей у детей.
Методы – обзор литературы, посвященной применению антрациклинов в лечении солидных опухолей у детей.
Результаты: большинство схем полихимиотерапии, которые используются в лечении солидных опухолей у детей, включают антрациклины, среди которых одним из наиболее востребованных оказался доксорубицин.
Выводы: назначение препарата ограничено,ввиду еговысокойкардиотоксичности.
