Оценка селезеночного кровотока у больных с компенсированным и декомпенсированным течением цирроза печени

Проведено сравнительное обследование селезеночного кровотока у больных циррозом печени в компенсированной и декомпенсированной стадиях. Выявлены характерные особенности артериального и воротного селезеночного кровотока при переходе от компенсации к декомпенсации заболевания, что имеет определенное диагностическое и прогностическое значение и должно учитываться при выборе методов коррекции синдрома портальной гипертензии
