Изучена распространенность плазмид-индуцированных механизмов резистентности у пациентов, страдающих хроническим пиелонефритом на фоне сахарного диабета 2 типа; установлены взаимосвязи резистентности in vitro к антибактериальным препаратам с наличием различных типов плазмидных генов устойчивости; разработаны методы дифференцированного назначения антибиотико-терапии больных хроническим пиелонефритом, который протекает на фоне сахарного диабета 2 типа в зависимости от экспрессии различных типов плазмидных генов устойчивости
