Особенности интенсивной терапии деструктивных пневмоний у детей

В статье приведен опыт лечения тяжелых деструктивных пневмоний, требующих интенсивной терапии, у детей. Показаны результаты динамического микробиологического мониторинга и исследования антибиотикорезистентности микроорганизмов при данной патологии, обосновано применение деэскалационного принципа стартовой антибактериальной терапии у данной категории пациентов. Приведены показания к хирургическому лечению при отсутствии эффекта от консервативной терапии.
