Изучены закономерности изменения давления в желчевыводящей системе при введении жидкости извне: путем математического моделирования, в эксперименте на органокомплексе и у больных с различной патологией желчевыводящих протоков. Установлены закономерности, позволяющие по форме кривых изменения давления судить о наличиии и типе нарушений эвакуации. Полученные данные для разработки клинических методик билиарной дебетоманометрии
