Вивчено якість життя, сну, когнітивних функцій та психологічний статус хворих на ревматоїдний артрит (РА) залежно від коморбідності з фіброміалгією (ФМ). Встановлено, що у хворих на РА реєструється порушення сну, психологічні розлади та когнітивні порушення. Наявність ФМ суттєво поглиблює зниження якість життя, посилює психологічні порушення, інсомнію та когнітивну дисфункцію
