Некоторые вопросы лечения травм периферических нервов конечностей

Проведен ретроспективный анализ историй болезни 70 пострадавших с повреждениями периферических нервов конечностей, исследованы тактика и методы их лечения. Клинико-неврологические и параклинические методы исследования показали, что выбор метода оперативного или консервативного лечения зависит от динамики расстройств проводимости по нервному стволу: двигательные выпадения, нарушения чувствительности и вегето-трофические расстройства в зоне иннервации
