Значение электродиагностики костной ткани при выборе тактики лечения открытых переломов костей конечностей

Применение устройства мультиметр цифровой UT70B и методики определения электрического сопротивления костной ткани для определения нарушений ее структурно-функционального состояния при открытых диафизарных переломах костей конечностей на ранних этапах госпитализации. Проведена клиническая апробация у 73 больных при травмах разной степени тяжести. Определена степень жизнеспособности костных фрагментов. Доказана целесообразность применения данной методики и выбора лечебной тактики по разработанной шкале
