Обосновывается актуальность использования гематологических показателей крови для мониторинга в качестве маркеров различных физиологических и патологических процессов. Описано, что кровь является важной системой организма, обладает всеми реактивными свойствами тканей, ее чувствительность к патологическим раздражениям очень высока. Реакция организма на раздражение токсического или инфекционного характера проявляется в изменении количественного состава клеток периферической крови
