Abstrakt

В статье представлен способ повышения конкурентоспособности железных дорог. Приведены модели развития железнодорожного транспорта с негосударственной собственностью. Был проведен анализ основных моделей функционирования кластеров в мировой практике. Рассмотрен кластерный подход к организации перевозочного процесса, приведены свойства кластера и их классификация, схема построения, транспортно-логистического кластера (ТЛК)
