Abstract

The study of enzymatic-chemical method of L-Arginine (Arg) assay on the real samples of rat blood was done. The developed method is based on the usage of recombinant arginase I and 2,3-butandion monooxim. Urea, the final product of the reaction, is detected by fluorometry. The new method was shown to be suitable for Arg assay in biological liquids of mammalians
