About the Journal
Focus and Scope
In the journal "Industrial Gases", mainly publishes articles containing the presentation of new research results; Information about studies of effective cycles and circuits, as well as improved facilities and systems; information about the development and release of new equipment and installations.
Of the full range of issues related to production
duction and use of technical gases, the editors give preference to the following topics:
- An air separation plant to produce oxygen, nitrogen, argon and other gases;
- Plants for the preparation of pure and very pure gases, including rare;
- Research and development of compressor and expansion machines, expander-compressor units; pumps, liquefied gases;
- Heat and mass transfer apparatus, the integrated air cleaning units and other gases, distillation columns, etc .;
- Installation of a non-cryogenic air separation techniques, other gas mixtures; extraction of hydrogen from hydrogen-containing gases;
- Installation of low-temperature liquefaction and separation of hydrocarbon mixtures, natural gas liquefaction, production work at regasification of LNG receiving nitric mixtures;
- Nitrogen, hydrogen, helium and other refrigerators, liquefiers;
- Installation of the isolation oxide, and gas mixtures of carbon dioxide, argon, neon, helium, krypton, xenon, and other gases in the various states;
- Thermodynamic and transport properties of industrial gases and mixtures thereof; thermodynamic analysis of processes implemented in low-temperature systems;
- Efficient technologies based on the use of various industrial gases;
- Energy efficiency in production and use of industrial gases.
Peer Review Process
Articles submitted for publication in the journal "Industrial Gases", required to undergo peer review.
Magazine assumes no obligation to explain the reasons for rejection to the authors of articles on the conclusions of the reviewers. With magazine cooperate highly reviewers from leading scientific centers, the conclusions of which are crucial for the fate of the article.
The review must be present assessment of both scientific and practical significance of the research results.
