Abstract

The experience of development and operation neon liquifiers, created is extended on the basis of accessible domestic inventory. The rated and experimental characteristics of units are stated, they intending for the solution a wide spectrum of scientific-applied problems at temperatures below 30 K.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
