Abstract

During more than 15 years are improving and introducing the effective technology of steam-water-oxygen processing of heat exchange's surfaces of power-generating units and boilers of thermal power plants, which designed by employees of All-Russian Thermal Engineering Institute (VTI). This processing allows to realize the purification of internal heat exchange's surfaces and also at the same time to make it passivation and preservation of carbon steels. The above technology of the effective processing is introduce on more than 150 boilers and is periodically putting into operation of 32 power units and separate boilers, including units of electric power plants by power 300, 500 and 800 MW. In the given article the technology is presentated and the experience of steam-water-oxygen rectification which using on numerous thermal power plants of Russia is generalized.
