Abstract

For account and designing of different cryogenic and power systems, in which the helium is applied, it is necessary to use it thermophysical properties. An automated system for calculating the thermo-dynamic properties of helium has been created. It allows the calculation of the density, enthalpy, entropy, isochoric and isobaric specific heats, speed of sound, viscosity, thermal conductivity and other properties. These values can be determined in the single-phase and two-phase regions and on the phase-equilibrium lines at temperatures from 2,2 up to 1500 К and at pressures up to 100 MPafor nine combinations of independent variables. The modules for calculating properties that are included into system can be also included into the programs intended for the decision of applied tasks.
